SITE: Freeport, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas
FRECON was contracted by Lucayas Solar Power for the construction of the Foundations and Racking Anchoring Systems for the largest Solar Farm Development in Grand Bahama Island powering a total of 11.4 MWp.
Work Scope:
- Geological Sitting: FRECON made sure Geology of the land was ready for optimal use for the Racking Systems.
- Excavation: included all associated works to make the drill hole. FRECON guaranteed that the assembled structure would fit exactly in the point of excavation.
- Concrete Design: FRECON Provided Concrete with a slump of 8″ or higher and no water was used on site to maintain adequate Slump. FRECON also provided testing of Concrete to achieve sufficient PSI levels.
