FRECON has managed large projects such as Our Lucaya, Bahamas Brewery, Chub Cay, Crown Ice. FRECON’s Construction management services encompass a broad range of activities, including project planning, coordination, scheduling, and oversight. FRECON works closely with architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes. FRECON’s role as construction manager extends to budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. FRECON is responsible for over 2 million square feet of buildings constructed to date.

Freeport construction has built and paved approximately 1000 miles of roads in the Freeport area, plus countless parking lots and much commercial and industrial site development for customers such as BORCO, Freeport Harbour and Freeport Container Port.
